TThe ISV Foundation is a California non-profit educational corporation, tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States of America (the “Code”) since August 1968. We are NOT a private foundation under the meaning of section 509(a) of the Code. We are a public charity as defined by section 509(a)(3) of the Code. Contributions to us are tax-deductible under Section 170 of the Code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers, or gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Code. In order to spread the Word of God and the ISV translation thereof, we are open to private or public grants to achieve our mission.

Letter confirming the ISV Foundation’s tax-exempt status issued in August 2012 by the Internal Revenue Service is also available upon request
